What we do

Our Services

Two pillars of event solutions — crowd management and event operations — and one team that links the two.

Common questions

Answers that apply across our services — if you need specifics, just ask.

Can we hire you for just one pillar?
Yes. Many clients bring us in for a single pillar — just security staffing, or just site operations — while others hire us for the full scope. The pillars are designed to plug into your existing team.
Do you work with our existing vendors and venue?
Absolutely. We integrate with your production, catering, venue, and security teams, or help build and manage the full vendor roster end-to-end.
Do you provide security staff or only consulting?
Both. We can assess risk and write the security plan, then supply trained security staff and supervisors to carry it out on show day.
Do you handle permits and safety requirements?
Yes. We prepare permit packages, coordinate with the city, county, and venue, and align security and emergency plans with local authorities.
What happens when plans change on show day?
We plan contingencies in advance and adjust on-site — backup routes, spare staff, clear comms, and calm leadership keep the event moving.
